Vítamín í grænmeti og ávöxtum (tafla I)

Á listann yfir grænmeti og ávexti var einnig bætt við berjum, þurrkuðum ávöxtum og laufgrænum.

Í töflunni eru auðkenndu gildin sem fara yfir meðaltal daglegs hlutfalls vítamínsins. Undirstrikað áherslu á gildi á bilinu 50% til 100% af daglegu gildi vítamínsins.
